Spare uni room for hire for male student! in Sunderland

XX King Edwards Square, Boro, TS1 3DGI am going home for the remainder of my last term of my first year at uni.I would like a male student to move into my room when I move out, otherwise they'll be an empty room for the remainder of the year.The rent is £71. 75 per week and it's the biggest room in the house. The house itself only accommodates 4 people unlike the other houses that accommodate 6.The room has it's own internet and sink with a new hot water system and central heating for the room. Downstairs are communal shower and toilets, kitchen and communal area.Location is ideal as they are within a stone's throw away from the high street and shops.The rent is fully paid up until April.
